It's great to be putting this on a more formal footing. We've been looking after the Kōura team for a few years now and it's been a genuine pleasure watching what you've built. We're proud to be part of the infrastructure behind it.

With our Managed Services Agreement now signed, we wanted to send a quick note confirming what's in place, what we're actively working on right now, and the best ways to reach us going forward.

 

Your Platform, Now Formalised

The services below have been running for the Koura team for some time. Your MSA brings them all under a single formal agreement with clear support commitments.

CrowdStrike Falcon

Advanced endpoint protection that has been running on Koura devices for some time. AI-powered threat detection and response operating continuously across your fleet, covered formally under this agreement.

Microsoft 365: Managed

Your M365 environment has been managed by THE AI HUB for years. Licensing, user accounts, device enrolment, and security patches all continue as before. We are moving your licensing to our wholesale account to streamline billing going forward.

Managed Internet and DNS

Your 500/500 Mbps business fibre and DNS hosting with DNSSEC protection, managed by THE AI HUB. Proactive fault monitoring and priority support with the service provider continue as before.

Help Desk and Ongoing Support

The same support the Koura team has relied on, now with formal SLA commitments behind it. Anything from a password reset to an outage, same team, same responsiveness. Contact details below.

These services have been set up as part of bringing your platform up to the full scope of the agreement.

Dark Web Monitoring

Continuous credential monitoring is active across all kourawealth.co.nz subdomains, covering both your staff and your KiwiSaver member portal accounts. If any Kōura credentials surface in a data breach, we'll notify you within 24 hours so you can act immediately.

Microsoft 365 Backup

Continuous backup is running across your SharePoint sites, Exchange mailboxes, and OneDrives, with 60 days of retained copies. We test restores monthly so that if you ever need to recover something, we know it works. This is the kind of protection that's invisible until the moment it isn't.

Windows Autopilot & Intune Device Management

All Kōura devices will be enrolled and managed through Microsoft Intune once testing has been completed with Winston. We will be enforcing encryption, password standards, and patch levels across every endpoint. New devices can be provisioned for a new team member straight out of the box using Autopilot to build and deploy applications. No ICT visit required.

Security Patch Management

All endpoints patched monthly. Non-compliant devices remediated within 48 hours.

 

Proactive Monitoring

Endpoint health, backup status, and patch compliance monitored continuously from a single dashboard.

User Onboarding & Offboarding

Standard new-starter setup (M365 account, device enrolment, CrowdStrike) included in your platform. Just let us know.

 

Quarterly Service Reviews

Formal review with Steve each quarter, covering service performance, security posture, and what's coming next. First one: June 2026.

Log requests via our shared Teams channel. Business hours: 8:30am–5:00pm NZST, Monday to Friday. Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical incidents.

 

Technical Lead: Elliot Rope

Elliot is your technical lead for day-to-day delivery, device management, M365, and security operations. P1 and P2 incidents escalate directly to Elliot, then to Steve if unresolved.
